A slow, deep massage that invites you to slow down and feel. With slow, flowing movements and deep kneading, the body is released. The combination of breath, attention and depth allows you to go further inward, towards stillness, relaxation and a meditative state of being.
Sink into your body with a guided breathwork session. Through connected breathing, whatever is emotionally or physically held in the body is given the space to move. Your nervous system gradually shifts from thinking to feeling, so that connected breathing can give way to greater calm, relaxation and body awareness. After a short integration, in which everything is allowed to settle, we move to the massage table for a Slow & Deep Relaxation Massage.
The combination of breathwork and massage invites you not only to relax, but also to reconnect with yourself, to sink down, to feel and to come home in your body again. BOOK HERE
Breathwork
Sink into your body with a guided breathwork session. Through connected breathing, whatever is emotionally or physically held in the body is given the space to move. Your nervous system gradually shifts from thinking to feeling, so that connected breathing can give way to greater calm, relaxation and body awareness.
This session is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself, to experience more space from within and to settle into a deep, held rest.
"Helping people sink into their bodies and come closer to themselves is what drives me and what gives me fulfilment time and again."
In a world where real touch has faded into the background, our connection with ourselves and with each other weakens. With a session, that is exactly what I want to make space for. In a safe setting, warm, attentive touch can set something valuable in motion: surrender, tension and emotions are allowed to release, and softness finds its place again.
During a session, I experience a deep stillness myself. It feels like a trance, an intuitive dance with my hands. Soft and slow, sometimes deeper, always attuned. Touch becomes movement, the body becomes the dance floor.
This is where I work from: present, listening, with respect and love for whatever wants to show itself.
